01. Basic Information
- This product is a kind of intermediate of methyl phenyl organic silicone resin containing silyl group. It has good compatibility and high reactivity, it can be mixed and participated in crosslinking curing reaction with acrylic acid, polyester, epoxy.
- Organic silicone intermediates are introduced by compounding or polymerization modification, that can obviously improve the weather resistance of organic resin, especially resistance to powdering and cracking, endowing outdoor industrial paint with excellent light and color retention.
- The heat resistance of organic resin can be improved obviously by introducing organic silicon intermediate through compounding or polymerization modification. For example, the introduction of 30% organic silicone intermediate can improve the continuous heat resistance of organic resin to 300-350℃.The silicone resin is sold in solid form and can also be used directly or in combination with heat and weather resistant powder coatings.

04. Typical Applications
- Widely used in powder coating industry, involved in the cross linking curing reaction of polyester, epoxy and acrylic acid, improve the heat resistance and weather resistance of the coating, and the effect on the recoating property of the coating is less than other solid silicone resins.
- Widely used in heat resistant industrial coatings, generally can be directly added through the way of compounding.
- Widely used in weatherproof polysiloxane coatings, the coating is endowed with both weather resistance and salt spray resistance by combining with organic resin.
05. Packing Details
Generally 50kg, 25kg plastic lining paper drum packaging, sealed storage in 5~25℃ cool dry environment.
The corresponding shelf life is generally 12 months from the date of production.
